How do I cancel or change my order?

Ready-made covers are usually booked in with the courier and dispatched within 1 business day. Once your order has been collected by the courier it cannot be redirected. The cover will then be delivered and need to be returned to us, a return fee will then be applied to your refund. The refund will be processed once the order has been returned.

Can I return a cover I don’t like or that doesn’t fit?

Yes, you can return your cover within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note covers can be returned within 7 days of receiving order due to change of mind or wrong size.

How can I go about returning my cover?

Contact us via the contact form and reason for return in the return form below. Within 2 business days of receiving your form we will email you with a return number, warehouse address and contact details. Please note covers can only be returned within 7 days of receiving order due to change of mind or wrong size.

What costs will I incur by returning the cover?

Please note a restocking fee of $29 will be deducted from the refund, this amount is to cover the cost involved in shipping your order to you, checking and repacking the returned cover plus merchant fees. Freight cost of returning the cover is not included and is returned at your cost.

 

The Cover Company offers a 1 year comprehensive warranty on both on all our outdoor furniture covers. Unlike many cover manufactures, our warranty includes waterproofing and excess fading. For more information on warranty and life expectancy see FAQ’s. We warrant our range of outdoor covers to be free from material defect and product construction and performance flaws not attributed to normal use. The warranty term begins from the date of purchase ( 3 weeks after purchase for custom made covers ) and applies to the individual/company named on the invoice and is not transferrable. Should we determine a defect in the material or workmanship of the product within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, replace or refund the cover. We reserve the right to make the final determination on defects. Any alterations or modifications made to the cover will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover accidental damage. Any preexisting damage or imperfection to the cover should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review and arrange remediation action. Should pre-existing damage / imperfections not be reported within 7 days, remediation may not be forthcoming. Condensation and moisture naturally occurs where airflow is limited. Condensation can lead to mould and as a result can cause damage to some furniture. The Cover Company does not accept responsibility or liability for the item being covered. It is recommended that you contact the manufacturer of the item being covered and seek your own independent advice.
