Claim Period: Please get in touch with our dedicated Customer Service team within 30 days from your purchase date to initiate a refund request.
Return: To qualify for a refund, we kindly ask you to return any unused portion of the product in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Proof of Purchase: To streamline the process, we request a proof of purchase to be provided when applying for the money back guarantee.
Processing: Once we receive the returned product, our team will assess the claim. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original form of payment.
Consideration of Claims: As part of maintaining a fair system, we reserve the right to review all refund claims on a case-by-case basis. This is to ensure we can continue providing this beneficial offer to all our genuine customers, and preserve the integrity of our guarantee.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong during delivery. For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.
