All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your skincare haul in real time.

Warranty

All products sold by STYLE STORY are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and sourced directly from Korea. If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team via your MyDeal Account within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives:

• Damaged in transit

• with Incorrect or missing items

Please contact us and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. Our team will get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return due to damage or incorrect items.

• We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. We encourage all customers to review the full ingredients list provided on each product page before purchasing, and where possible buy the sample sizes of products to check for reactions.
