We use Australia Post for all orders within Australia, and can ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We also request that a signature is provided upon delivery so that we have proof of delivery (POD). If there is no one at your selected address then the parcel may be sent to a Parcel Pick-Up point for collection. A proof of identity may also be required in order to collect your parcel.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please simply return the items to us in 100% new and unused condition (Including the packaging) within 60 days from the original shipping date and we will gladly issue you a refund for the shoes. Unfortunately we do not cover any shipping costs when you are returning an item or a size that you ordered but no longer want. Please simply return the goods back to please contact us.
Please make certain that you include your details in the box so that we know who they have come back from.
We understand you want your replacement item as soon as possible! Please just place a new order with us at and we will send your new order to you as quickly as we can. Once we receive your parcel back at our store we will simply process a refund for you for the shoes. We will simply refund the way you paid us back to your Credit Card or back to you Pay Pal account. We do not offer free postage, so please ensure the size you are ordering is right for you. As we are a discount store we are unable to absorb the cost of shipping.
If you have an issue with your item, please simply send the goods back to our store, and we will send them back to the manufacturer for assessment. If the manufacturer deems the product to be faulty, they will issue us with a credit, and we in turn will process a refund for you for the goods. The refund will simply be a reversal of your initial payment to our store. The assessment process generally takes between 3 to 5 business days. If the product is rejected, we will be able to send the item back to you with a Rejection Letter from the manufacturer outlining their decision. The decision about the claim is made by the Manufacturer of the Product.
