Delivery Information

We have partnered with third-party couriers who will deliver via standard courier services. Couriers will deliver all items, large or small, to your doorstep, front entrance, mailbox, or ground floor. Please note that drivers are unable to enter your home.

If you select "Authority to Leave" during the checkout process, your delivery will be left in a safe location by the courier. If you do not select "Authority to Leave" and you are not home at the time of delivery, your order will be taken to the nearest depot or Post Office. You can then arrange for collection or re-delivery (fees may apply).

NOTE: No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers (please provide residential or business address at checkout)

 

Estimated Delivery Time Frame:

Brisbane Metro Areas: 3-5 business days

Melbourne/Sydney/Adelaide Metro Areas: 5-7 business days

All other locations: 7-10 business days

 

Damaged in Transit

We do our best to package our products with the expectation that they may be mishandled in transit. However, despite our efforts, items can occasionally be damaged during shipping.

Rest assured, we are aware that this can happen and are here to resolve it as quickly as possible. If you receive an item that appears to be damaged in transit (e.g., the protective carton is damaged, dented, has holes, is open, wet, or looks like it has been dropped), we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage, do not accept the delivery, and contact us immediately.

We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure the damaged item is returned to us. We pride ourselves on supporting you throughout your order process and strive to meet your expectations for both product and service quality.

Warranty Policy

We back everything we sell with a minimum 12 Month warranty (from sale date) that covers manufacturing defects:

Warranties will be voided for things such as:

·       normal wear and tear

·       damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, natural disasters.

·       commercial use

·       modification by an unauthorised person

To return a product under warranty, get in contact with our customer service team and they will be happy to help you.

 

 

Change of Mind Returns

We do our best to make sure you get exactly has what’s described and seen online, but sometimes products just don’t look right once you get them home

If you do change your mind, you can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organise a refund for the product for you, excluding the cost of shipping. You just need to organise the return of the item to us and items must be “As-New” condition.

Requirements of ‘as new’ condition are as follows the item must:

  1. Not be used

  2. Not be assembled

  3. Not be damaged at all

  4. Packed in all the original packaging

  5. Packaging to not be damaged

  6. Include all unopened tools and hardware

  7. Include assembly instructions

The process of returning a Change of Mind item is as follows:

  1. Inform us of your intent to return the item via the contact us link

  2. Organise to return the item to us

  3. We will keep a look out for the returned item

  4. Once arrived our inspections team will assess the ‘as new’ condition of the item

  5. If confirmed that the product can return to stock we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you

  6. If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to stock we will process a partial refund and notify you

Unfortunately returns cannot be delivered in person to our depot office or warehouse facilities.
