Shopping with confidence is what you can expect from Siyona Couture. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return to our store with your proof of purchase and we will provide you solutions with our impeccable services within 14 days.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Proof of Purchase
Within the 14 days after your purchase, you are able to do exchanges but unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must be in the original packaging with the lock pin tag still be intact from the garment. You will also be required to produce the original proof of purchase for your exchange as well.
