Orders are sent from Sydney via Couriers Please, Aramex, Toll, Startrack and Australia Post. We can send to all addresses including PO boxes and Parcel lockers.
We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.
Delivery times vary depending on location. You will be sent a dispatch notification e-mail with tracking, which will have a link to track your parcel and will give you an estimated delivery date.
If one of our Couriers is unable to leave your parcel, you will be left a collection card with the details to collect your parcel from the nearest collection point.
Change of mind/incorrect choice: If you have had a change of mind or have chosen a product incorrectly, we can offer a refund to the value of your product purchase. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order and must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return postage.
Damaged/faulty: If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible.
For minor damage or faults you may be offered a replacement.
For major damage or faults you will be offered a replacement or refund.
If your item cannot be replaced you will be offered a refund.
