    I have piriformis syndrome and my doctor suggested trying one of these so I bought this one and after using it 3 times it's better! I've been in agony for almost 12 and this little massager seems to have cured it! I was very sceptical but I'm so glad I bought it. All the functions work. Very happy with this product!

  • If there is any problem with your order, please contact us with a detailed description.
  • RETURN: All returns must be authorised or approved by our team before any package is shipped back to us. We only accept returns via courier to our return address. 
  • CHANGE OF MIND: If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducted depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases, to cover our original shipping costs. 
  • FAULTY ITEMS: Please provide proof of purchase if you want to make a claim on faulty items and we're happy to solve the issue for you. 
  • ADDRESS CHANGES: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a Return To Sender (RTS) fee, as well as a re-shipping fee (dependent on the item's weight).
