Wall Art

Printing and shipping can take up to 7-10 days.

Our printing supplier uses Once an order is placed, it takes 1-2 days to process the order. 

Item normally dispatches in 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your order.  

Do I receive a tracking number # once I place an order? 

You sure do! We will advise your order number and tracking info once your order is placed. You’ll get a link for email and text shipping and delivery updates.

Once I have placed my order, can I change it or edit the shipping details?

No, once the order flows through to the printer your delivery address will be set as per your order. If the item is unable to be delivered it will be returned back to the printer. A second delivery fee will be incurred to have this shipped.

Please ensure your shipping/order details are checked and confirmed prior to and after placing an order.

Furniture Shipping – All You Need to Know.

Furniture items dispatch next business day.

At Seek & Ramble, our goal is to provide quick and easy shipping at an affordable price. All our products are packaged for transit and will be handled by professional third-party delivery carriers. We have partnered with low coast, reputable couriers to ensure you receive your order, safely and on time. This may result in your order having multiple shipments from separate delivery partners. Speed of delivery depends on the type of product, product availability, and proximity to metropolitan areas.

Before you order, it's important to double-check that your item will fit in its packaging through all doorways, staircases, and elevators. We provide product dimensions as well as carton/box size on our site so take a look before placing an order – otherwise, unexpected delivery charges may apply!

TYPES OF DELIVERY

By default, we provide Basic Shipping. Basic Shipping Get ready for your order to arrive! Depending on the delivery location, it'll be delivered by Australia Post without any unpacking or assembly. When it’s time to ship, we'll send you a notification with tracking details so that you can follow along and know when it's almost here. It will only go as far as the ground floor—so if an elevator or staircase is involved in access, they won't come up but leave the package at the entrance instead.

In case no one is available to sign the receipt of goods upon arrival, they’ll drop off a card outlining alternative arrangements. Note: The delivery person will not bring the items into your home. Unboxing, assembly, and rubbish removal are also not part of the service. We can organise other delivery options as requested. These may incur other charges. Feel free to contact us for more info.

RECEIVING ITEMS

We take the utmost care when delivering your order - please inspect it carefully upon arrival and report any damage or faults within 2 business days. To ensure a replacement, repair, or full refund of an item due to defectiveness, Seek & Ramble reserves the right in its absolute discretion to determine whether such is needed after considering necessary factors. If you do encounter these issues with items from us just shoot us some photos and we promise, we'll respond within 48hrs!

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE

Dispatch of your furniture order will be 48hrs business days (Wall Art – 2-3 Days as these items are made to order) This lead time includes time taken for stock movement from manufacturing locations to our warehouse (this includes factors such as whether an item is made-to-order), and last-mile delivery to your door. Please note that lead time dates are an estimate and may be subject to potential unforeseen delays if any.

SCHEDULING AND TRACKING OF SHIPMENTS

Stay up to date on your shipment's journey until it reaches you! We'll email you once it leaves our warehouse and provide the tracking information from Australia Post or Startrack. If you have requested another service or carrier, they will contact you directly with a delivery time frame so that everything arrives safely at your door.

DELAYED SHIPMENT / DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS

At Seek & Ramble, we understand that events outside of our control can lead to unforeseen delays in shipment. In such cases, we reserve the right to reschedule your delivery according to the availability of time slots but unfortunately cannot guarantee any specific times. Any loss or expense incurred as a result will not be accepted by us.

Seek & Ramble shall not be liable for any consequences, or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment/delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Seek & Ramble or to any comparison.

REDELIVERY FEE

Need to make a change to your delivery date? You'll need to let us know at least 3 business days before it's due – otherwise, you might have an extra fee coming your way!

UNABLE TO ACCESS REQUIRED AREAS

If you're looking to add something large and heavy to your house, make sure that it'll fit into the space first! Check out product dimensions on our website before you order so there won't be any surprises - like extra charges for failed delivery because of size issues.

MISSED DELIVERIES

We want to make sure your package reaches you safely, on time and in the right place! We'll send a notification or our delivery partner may contact you - that’s when it's time to double-check your address. Be there during the allocated slot or let us know if something comes up so we can reschedule ahead of time with no extra charge. No-shows are sent back to base camp for restocking; however, re-delivery will cost you an additional fee!

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Get your items delivered right to the doorstep! Our delivery partners won’t be able to drop off at PO boxes or Parcel Lockers, but they will make sure that all of our bulky wares reach you in perfect condition - and with a signature confirmation too.

 

Warranty

All products carry a 12mth warranty and are backed by consumer guarantee guidelines.

Wall Art

Our products are created from high-quality wood & feature our premium fine art paper. This is a museum-quality paper that reproduces photography and artworks with exceptional tonality and renders sharp details with consistent flatness and accuracy. 

For the matted/mounted prints, we use a thick 1.4mm window mount cut from a premium, textured mount board. All mounts are "conservation grade", FSC certified, 100% acid free, and will not discolour or fade with age.

Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Change of mind policy furniture.

If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

  • Postage is paid by the customer
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging
  • Furniture must be repackaged as new - images must be available on request to confirm
  • We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
  • Fees will apply for change of mind shipping. This will be supplied prior to confirming the return and be deducted from any refunds.
