Attempting to repair the device voids the guarantee.
Change of Mind (COM) Returns
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for delivery costs.
COM policies are separate from warranty policies and do not apply to product issue returns.
All devices come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Register your device to be eligible.
Our warranty covers functional defects, offering repair or replacement for faulty devices.
The warranty excludes damage caused by improper use, such as water damage or drops.
Defective Items and Timeline Restrictions
There is no deadline for reporting damaged or faulty products.
We offer fair solutions for any product issues, following ACCC guidelines.
Each case is assessed individually, without strict time limits.
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping on damaged, faulty, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) items.
