Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

  • Metro: 1-4 business days

  • Regional: 1-6 business days

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Returns

At ReDial, we offer a straightforward return policy within 30 days of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within this period to receive a pre-paid label for returning your device to PhoneCycle Pty Ltd. You can reach us via email or fill out our returns form.

Please note:

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed after the item is received and tested by PhoneCycle Pty Ltd.

  • Our guarantee does not cover devices damaged by user actions, such as water damage or drops.

  • Attempting to repair the device voids the guarantee.

  • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for delivery costs.

Warranty

All devices come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Register your device to be eligible.

Our warranty covers functional defects, offering repair or replacement for faulty devices. Please be aware that our warranty excludes damage caused by improper use, such as water damage or drops.
