RETURNS POLICY
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Pure Australia in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a reply paid address so you don't have to pay for return postage. The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Faulty or Incorrect Deliveries
At Pure Australia, we take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem. Returns will be accepted for products purchased online and delivered anywhere in Australia if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your order. You will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.
Change of Mind
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know. For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Postage is paid by the customer
The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply.
