All seems good. Only worn once so far but was all day. Tend to catch my hearing aids but think they all might & am not sure if there s anything I can do about that but be vigilant.

We can deliver to both home and business addresses. Regular postage is free within Australia and is facilitated through Australia Post. Express delivery is facilitated for an extra charge through StarTrack. For larger orders (250+ masks), free delivery may also be facilitated using StarTrack dependent on delivery location. All orders are sent with authority to leave unless alternative arrangements are made in advance directly with us.
Our dispatching and handling timeline is between 1 – 3 business days, however orders received before midday (local time) are usually dispatched the same day. If there is an unforeseen delay to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Exact delivery times are dependent on the delivery location.
Please check the Australia Post website for delivery estimates to your state. Orders are sent from our QLD warehouse in Mansfield 4122. During times of peak demand orders can also be sent from our NSW warehouse in Wetherill Park 2164.
Under the Australian consumer law, your purchased goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If you believe your item is faulty, you have the right for this to be remedied under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your item is faulty, you can choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is deemed minor, we may repair the item or replace at our discretion within a reasonable amount of time.
If your item has been damaged through misuse, modification, or not following the directions, PPE Tech cannot provide a refund or exchange.
