Best shampoo ever . Smells great makes my boys look white n clean and also they don't itch when I use this.. I used to use vet shampoo at expensive prices.. this pink shampoo smells awsum

My shi Tzu gets smelly in a few days with anyother shampoo and conditioner.. since using this pink shampoo and conditioner he smells just lovely.. U only need a small amount of goes far...best stuff ever ..and he is white and it truely makes him whiter.. I don't use whitening shampoo anymore

Do you deliver outside of Australia?
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
How long does delivery take?
PetCulture offers a reliable and affordable delivery service to all metro and regional locations within Australia including Tasmania. For metro areas, Standard Shipping will take between 1-6 business days For regional areas Standard Shipping will take between 2-11 business days. Please note that our delivery service does not operate on weekends or public holidays. Please be prepared for slight delays to your delivery around Christmas, Easter and public holidays. Check our site for more information during peak periods.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your order they will typically leave your order on your property in a safe place without a signature on delivery. At times the courier can also leave a collection card containing information on the closest Australia Post Office where you can collect your delivery.

We understand that products sometimes don’t meet expectations or things don’t work out as they should, which is why we give you the peace of mind of a replacement if the product doesn’t meet your needs, or a full refund if it’s found to be defective.
For all return requests please contact us via your MyDeal account and include the following information:
You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty, not fit for the purpose for which products of that nature are commonly supplied or not as advertised on the website. If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item via your MyDeal account , include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, we will credit your original method of payment. Please allow an additional 7 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
A representative must be contacted before returning goods. We can only offer refunds when we have arranged the return shipping. A return shipping label will be provided and is to be clearly attached to the parcel. The parcel can then be dropped off at any post office or post office box.
Due to strict food safety policies, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items that are opened, unless the item was faulty or you qualify for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee policy as set out below. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting.
