Delivery
For Goods to be delivered, we may charge you for delivery. Where prices are stated as inclusive of delivery, delivery is to the delivery point specifically accepted by us.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. All delivery times provided to you are estimates only and are subject to postal delays and reasons beyond our control. We do not warrant or make any representation that your order will be delivered within the times indicated. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with, late deliveries.
Damaged/Incorrect item/Faulty:
We will provide a free return if your received item(s) is damaged, faulty, or incorrect according to your order or item description.
Please provide images and/or proof of Damage/Incorrect item/Fault in your communication. Further information may be requested to process the return and refund. Once we have received your returned item(s) and inspected it, we will proceed with the refund back to your original payment method within 3 - 5 working days. Depending on the issuer or payment method, it may take an additional few working days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
‘Change of Mind’ returns:
A ‘Change of Mind’ return is to be lodged for item(s) delivered to you according to your order with no defects.
This includes items that have the correct size, colour and product description according to your order.
“Change of Mind” Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We accept most items back if you change your mind, however we do have the following considerations.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email on how to return your items. You will be requested to pay for the delivery charges of your return parcel.
Once we have received your returned item(s) and inspected it, we will proceed with the refund back to your original payment method within 3 - 5 working days. Depending on the issuer or payment method, it may take an additional few working days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement. You will be refunded for the returned product, less the original shipping fee.
