As we are a store that orders as purchased, items will be shipped as they come into stock. General turnaround of overseas products is 14 days of customer purchase. Australian products are generally 7 days. Orders are processed & ordered from the supplier once the customers payment has cleared. Please note: If paying by PayPal the payment can take up to 21 days. We will endeavor to ship products as promptly as possible. We use Australia Post for shipping. Tracking numbers & signature on delivery.

Refund policy

Refunds & warranties are subject to the discretion of Oz Prospecting & the manufacturers of products. 
“change of mind” on customer orders will be given at the discretion of Oz Prospecting. Products that have been ordered & are in transit from suppliers country of origin are subject to cancellation costs. 

Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation of orders due to "change of mind" or "time delays or factors beyond the control" of Oz Gold & Gem Prospecting Supplies are subject to & or liable for if the product/s are in transit from the country of origin:

1. Coverage of the costs associated of ordering said product/s 
2. A refund of the remaining total

If the order has been cancelled when the product/s are still in the suppliers origin:

• Oz Gold & Gem Prospecting supplies will endeavor to cancel the ordered product/s with the supplier & obtain a refund from the supplier to be passed onto the customer.

• In the case of the supplier has dispatched the ordered products, refer to point 1.

 How we can resolve cancellation & refund issues:

1. If said item has been ordered & has arrived at Oz Gold & Gem Prospecting upon cancellation & request of refund - The ordered item will be sold off. Once that has been achieved the requested refund will be issued.
2. If point 1 is not achievable, then the cost of the item &/ or any associated costs will be deducted from the purchase amount & the end sum will be refunded.
3. The customer still has the opportunity for the item to be sent to them.
