We endeavour to despatch orders same day or next business day, however should your item be out of stock or there is a complication with your order there may be delays. We will notify you with an ETA if there are any unexpected delays.

Australian Major Cities & Surrounding Areas:     1-5 days

Australian Remote Areas:     5-10 days

Orders placed after 11am will be sent the following business day.

Non-Defective Goods (e.g. Change of Mind, Size Exchange):

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

If at any time within the first 14 days from delivery date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact usfor return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

  • Postage is paid by the customer
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
  • We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
  • Fees may apply

Defective Goods (e.g. Broken, Faulty):

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact usto raise a warranty claim.
