Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know. However, please choose carefully as refunds and exchanges are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. The decision to offer a change of mind refund will be made at Organik Wellness Skincare discretion. If at any time within the first 14 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
Faulty/defective product - Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty, defective, or has caused a skin reaction. If you believe the product has caused an adverse reaction, photographic proof or medical documentation is required. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
