Orders Within Australia

When you place an order through our online store, we use third party providers including Australia Post, and local couriers to ship your goods on the same business day (for orders placed before 12pm noon Melbourne time). For orders placed after 12pm noon it will be dispatched the next business day. Your parcel will usually arrive between 2 and 5 business days depending on the service provider. Shipping to remote locations may take slightly longer.

If for any reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe please contact us.

Returns and Refunds Policy

As our products are perishable items, we are unable to accept any returns.

Select your products carefully as we only offer returns or refunds:

  • where you have received the wrong item;

  • for faulty or damaged items; or

  • otherwise, where our product or service does not comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

If you have changed your mind, decided you don’t like the product, or have no use for it, we will not offer a return or refund.

We encourage you to inspect your order when you receive it and notify us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your item if you have a query or complaint about our products or delivery service. Where possible, we encourage you to include photos to assist us in resolving your claim.

Once you contact us we will investigate your claim and respond to you. In some cases we may ask you to return your product for further evaluation.

We will notify you once we’ve assessed your claim to let you know the outcome.

If there was a minor problem with our product or service we may choose to repair the product or service instead of a replacement or refund. If there was a major problem with a product you have the right to ask for a replacement or a refund.

If we refund you, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for funds to be credited to your bank account. Where we asked you to return your product to us and there is a major problem with the product we will reimburse you for the reasonable cost of returning the product to us.
