We personally check every order to avoid any overlap. The exams take place during our business hours, these are: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
If you send an order request outside of these times, it will be processed at the next possible time.
Order processing time takes 1-2 business days.
National shipping: We ship the goods after receipt of payment within 3-4 days.
International shipping: We don't ship goods to other countries.
FREE Local pickup is available.
Depending on the order volume, there may unfortunately be delays in the processing and shipping process, we apologise for this. The usual transit times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the shipping service provider.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We accept returns only in case of faulty goods. The item should have a tag. Otherwise, the item cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Send us a message and you will get further instructions. You will need to send items back, take pictures and send them through.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
