Orders are generally shipped out within 24 business hours (AWST) of being received. Delivery time ranges from 7 - 10 business days depending on the delivery address and which Australian distribution centre your order will be shipped from.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5. Shipping is free for orders over $50

RETURNS - Damaged or Faulty Products

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Returns - Change of Mind

We are unable to offer change of mind returns on personal care products. Change of mind returns for other products will be accepted. The customer is responsible for return postage costs. Shipping fees are non refundable. If outbound shipping was free then a restocking fee of $8 will be charged (deducted from the refund). We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.

Undeliverable Parcels

In the event your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable you will receive a refund - if outbound shipping was free then a restocking fee of $8 will be charged (deducted from the refund).
