At Niki's Natural Wipes, we are committed to providing high quality of wipes that you and your baby can trust. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following warranty and return policy;

Warranty - we stand by the quality of our wipes and offer a warranty starting from the date of purchase. These warranty covers;

1. Defective Products - If you receive a pack of wipes that is damaged, contains defective wipes, or has defective packaging.

2. Dry Wipes - If the wipes are dried out upon opening the package.

Return and Replacement Policy - please follow steps to return or replace your product:

1. Contact Us - Reach out to our customer service team.

2. Return Approval and Return the Product - our customer service team will review your request and if approved provide you with instructions how to return the product. Send the product back to us following the instructions provided. Please note that customer will pay the postage fee.

3. Replacement or Refund - once the product is received and inspected, we will either;

   1. send you a replacement pack of wipes, with no additional cost; or

   2. Issue a full refund to your original methos of payment.
