Delivery times vary depending on the location within Australia. We aim to dispatch your order as fast as possible,if we can get it out same day, we will, at times there could be delays in getting the order out to you. 11.1 The NC Fitness Gear Returns Policy applies to all purchases of Products using the Site and forms part of these terms and conditions. If you suspect that a Product is damaged on delivery, then you should refuse to take receipt of that Product and notify us by sending us a message.

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this.
