At Naked Life we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers.

If for some reason your order is received faulty or is incorrect we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not consumed and in its original packaging.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

• The product must be returned in the original packaging

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
