My Decor Den takes extra care when packaging your items. Each item is carefully and individually wrapped and a careful inspection of each item is undertaken to ensure a high quality of service. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. Please Note: My Decor Den does not accept responsibility of damaged items during shipping. 

Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

• Metro: 2-7 business days

• Regional: 5-10 business days

If you receive a product that is not as described or is not the product you ordered, My Decor Den will replace the item or refund you your purchase at our discretion, minus the original shipping cost. We ask that you inform My Decor Den immediately via email and return the item within 14 days of purchase.
