All orders shipped to Australia addresses are sent via Star Track. Our goal is to dispatch your order within 1 business day.

**All returns must be approved by our team before sending back to us.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in the same condition that you received it.

-Your item must be in an original packaging.

- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued by us and must clearly include the following: RAN number, Invoice / Order Number Reference, Contact Name, Phone Number, Explanation of the problem.

-We will provide you with the instructions for the return after your return request is approved.
