Guidelines for Returns
• If you receive and item that is defective or faulty please let us know as soon as possible.
• If the item/s have been opened and / or used without any faults they cannot be returned for change of mind.
• The refund will only be processed if the item/s are returned in their original state including packaging material, manuals and instructions and all accessories – a refund may not be offered if only partial items are returned.
• Before returning the item, please contact my mimi outlining reason for return and we will provide you with return postage details if you qualify for a refund.
• We will notify you when we receive the returned items and when we have processed the refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 3 days once we have received the item/s.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
