DISPENSERS & REFILL PACKS
All orders are shipped using either Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please. For EXPRESS POST we exclusively use Australia Post only. All shipping rates are based on a flat rate.
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days depending upon trading periods. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery and an extra 2-5 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Please allow up to 10 business days for all orders in regional AUS. For New Zealand orders, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery, as time can vary.
KIDS HANGERS
Our recycled plastic kids hangers primarily shipped using ARAMEX or AUST POST.

At this present stage we only sell kids hangers in AUSTRALIA and USA, if you are international customer wanting to purchase a box of our eco friendly hangers please email us for options.
Moodie will not replace stolen goods that were shipped and left unattended at delivery address. Moodie will only replace or refund goods when the order is proved to be lost in transit by Australia Post or Fastway.
Moodie takes no responsibility and is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.
The delivery times are estimates only. If for some reason your item does not arrive in a reasonable time please contact the shipping partner used with your allocated tracking number you originally received from Moodie with the order confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located, we will lodge an inquiry and notify you of the outcome.
RETURNS
Our refund policy lasts 30 days and applies full price items only, we do not offer refunds or returns on sale items. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
For kids hangers, they must be all accounted for and packaged in Moodie custom boxes for a full refund.
For Teddy Bear Dispensers, they must be packaged in Moodie custom card backing with plastic bubble unopened for a full refund.
For Bag Roll Refill Packs, 6 unused rolls must be present with (sticker seal intact) and packaged in Moodie custom box for a full refund.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email for further information.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please email us further instruction.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the intial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is posted without tracking.
