We use Australia post and Sendle courier services to ship your order. Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

Metro:2-5 business days

Regional: 2-7 business days

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Christmas cut off :
Please order by 19th December  for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.

 

Skincare Fridges 

We do not offer any returns or refunds for change of mind, however in the rare occasion where you find your skincare fridge to be faulty, we will allow a return or exchange under the following conditions: 

 

  • Provide us with evidence to support your claim; 

  • Must be returned to us in original packaging, accessories included 

Warranty 

This product is supported by a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
