Orders are sent out within 1-2 Business Days, at peak season it could take longer e.g Christmas time.

Standard Postage Delivery Time: 2-8 Business Days, Australia Wide
(rural areas can take extra 1-2 business days)

No delivery to PO Box addresses.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

When we offer clothing items, all sizing details are clearly provided in the product description, along
with care instructions to ensure longevity. Please refer to each product listing for specific guidance
on fit and maintenance.

Returns

Refund/Return on item is only accepted:

• If buyer has received the item damaged or in a faulty condition. DOA (Dead on Arrival)

• Buyer has bought an item by mistake or change of mind, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
There also will be 20% re-stocking fee, based on the total cost item was sold for. Item must be in
100% new condition & sealed.

• Buyer is responsible for all the return, shipping and handling charges. You may choose your own
method at your convenience.

• When returning a damaged or faulty item, please make sure you include all items that come with
purchase and try to use the original packaging.

• All returns must be made within 7 days, from the date the item was received.

• If you have received damaged or faulty item, please contact us before returning the item, Thanks.

• After Purchase, if the item is out of stock, a full refund will be made to the buyer as soon as possible.

Exceptions:

We do not provide refund, if:

• You have damaged the product by using it in a way it was not meant to be used.

• You have had a defect drawn to your attention before you purchased the product,
for example, when products are clearly labelled as seconds or faulty


Warranty

Some branded products come with Manufacturers Warranty, e.g Samsung, SanDisk, Lexar.

All products without Manufacturers warranty come with 1 Year Memory Tech store warranty
from the date buyer purchased the item(s). 

Certain other products may come with 1 Year Memory Tech store Warranty.

All other products we sell come with standard 7 Days DOA (Dead on Arrival) Return only.
