Delivery can take between 3 and 10 business days, varying based on destination.
Orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.
Please allow extra time for public holidays.
In the event that an item received has a defect, is faulty, or is an incorrect product sent by us please contact us within 30 days and we will endeavour to work with you to solve the issue.
Please email us a photo of any fault with your product as it may assist us resolving your issue more efficiently and accurately.
If your product is missing components and has Meeple's logo on the box, please contact us and we will be more than happy to provide replacement parts.
In the unlikely event of a parcel being damaged on arrival, please take photos of the parcel without opening it and photos of any damaged contents, then contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to solve the issue as quickly as we can.
