Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, most of our products come with a 30-day change of mind policy. Within 30 days from the purchase date, you can request a return by contacting us through your MyDeal Account for approval. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a resolution.

Please note:

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.

• We are not responsible for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the return.

• A restocking fee may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Warranty Claims

Most of our products come with a 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing faults and defects. Some items may have a different warranty period, so please check the product description for details.

If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to lodge a warranty claim.

Marz Power Return Policy

If you change your mind and no longer wish to keep a product purchased from Marz Power, you can return it within 7 days from the purchase date.

Conditions:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Clearly mark your name and contact details on the return package.

• The item must be unused and returned in its original condition to receive a refund.

• A restocking fee may apply, depending on the item’s condition.

• Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging and cannot be resold as new will not be accepted for return.
