  • Warehouse will be closed on weekend and public holidays. Dispatching will be temporarily paused on these days.

The following conditions needs to be satisfied for all return cases :
  1. Return manchester textile products must be unused and unwashed for the safety and hygiene reasons.  
  2. Return products must be packed as original and in a directly resalable manner to get a full refund for product value. 
  3. Return cost is not covered by the seller for the change-of-mind , order-by-mistake , suitability related reasons, unless original product defects.
 7 days change-of-mind returns are accepted for the manchester bedding products, provided they are not used , not washed and packed as original for the safety and hygiene reasons.
