Returns details: We have 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. To start a return, ontact us via your Seller portal. Return address will be provided to you depending on the item you wish to return. Our return addresses are different for various items as they are fulfilled from different warehouses. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty details: Most appliances come with warranty provided by their manufacturers. Contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a warranty call-out or service call-out. Look for the serial number on the left, right, back, or front of your appliance. If you run into difficulty with the manufacturer or supplier, contact us via your Seller portal. Your appliance's manufacturer will arrange a replacement or refund if the appliance is determined to be faulty. You may request a replacement or refund as preferred. If the appliance is no longer available, a refund will be issued. Madari Group will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Goods cannot be replaced until the faulty goods are received. Allow 10 days turnaround for the replacement of damaged goods (longer for remote areas). Madari Group will not be responsible for additional damage during the return process. Products deemed to be not faulty will either be returned to you at your cost, or refunded net of the cost of return and a restocking fee. Be certain you have fully tested the product prior to requesting a return.
