Having lost one, I was on the lookout to replace my Swiss Army knife as they are so handy in my handbag. I was shocked to notice their cost as the original one was not as pricey, as I recall. There were many second hand ones on the web but I wanted a new one. Then I found the white one on ‘My Deal’ and I wasn’t concerned about the colour and was happy to find a great price and it arrived, brand new in Victorinox packaging very quickly. I’m very happy.

The backpack matches my Delsey Chatelet AIR 2.0 Tote and Suitcase perfectly. It's the perfect size for my needs and not bulky in an aeroplane and yet can be considered a handbag with the handles so it's easy to carry in one hand. I also like that the water bottle pockets on both sides fit within the footprint of the bag structure and don't hang out the side. The top zip design means the bag opens nice and wide and I can see in there properly, unlike some bags that have weird pockets and flaps or corners inside where useful things like phone charger hide so long they get lost and forgotten.

The Hedgren Handbag is so useful it has lots of compartments inside and outside the bag, and it is easy to clean. Great for overseas travel, the crossbody strap is very sturdy, cannot be cut, and is RFID-protected.

For all returns, Luggage Direct requires your full name, receipt and order number along with the goods which must be unused and have all original tags still attached. You can contact via your MyDeal account to advise of your return. Upon receipt, we will refund the full purchase price of the products excluding return postage.
