Established in 2014, Love Luggage opened its first Luggage store in Sydney in the busy suburb of Newtown. Since then we have opened a warehouse near the city to service our growing online store which services customers Australia-wide. Returns

Love Luggage offers a 30-day returns policy that is valid within 30 days after receiving the item.

Returning an item to Love Luggage is easy. If you change your mind or the product is just not right, simply send the item back to one of Love Luggage's stores with your details and order number. Love Luggage will check the item and refund or exchange your purchase price.

Please note that shipping cost is payable at the customer's expense.
