We have been operating in Australia for over 25yrs, importing & distributing innovative home appliances. Over 150,000 Laurastar ironing appliances have been sold since 1995 & as the exclusive importer we can offer the best sales & support direct to you. Since 2018 we also launched a unique hard floor cleaner called Hizero. Suitable for all hard floors over 25,000 have been sold so far. As the importer we can provide over & above customer service.

Shipping Policy

Hizero Australia will process & ship all online orders within 5-7 business days. Note we use multiple carriers: Australia Post &  Direct Freight Express.  When ordering accessories with a Hizero they will be sent separately. You will receive tracking numbers by email once your order has been processed.

Laurastar & Hizero appliances are sold with a 2year back to base repair warranty. If the product is faulty within the first 28 days we will replace or refund as requested by the customer. Outside this period repairs are conducted in one of our service centres. Simply contact our customer support for warranty support. We will arrange pick up, repair and delivery back within the warranty period. (we do not refund/replace for change of mind)
