Please note, orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the following business day.
All orders are shipped via Australia post and will receive tracking.
Delivery times vary by location, approximately 3-6 business days after dispatch.
Faulty, Damaged or Missing Items:
Please contact us within a reasonable time via the marketplace messaging system if a product is missing, arrives damaged, or is faulty. We may require photos or the return of faulty products to our warehouse. Do not dispose of any products or packaging until we have addressed the case.
Once a return case is opened and a return label is provided, the faulty item must be lodged with Australia Post.
