We ship to most areas in Australia. (excludes some region/remote areas in WA/NT, for more details please contact us)
We use registered shipping on most packages. 99% of products are dispatched within 1-2 business day, please allow 2-14 business days for delivery. (Once in the hands of the couriers, freight times are outside of our control, as Australia is a large and diverse country)
A tracking number will be e-mailed once the item is dispatched, shipping record can be tracked online.
If no one is home to sign for the article; a card will be left and the item will need to be picked up from the local depot.

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
All products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 60 days warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
