Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed or the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or Public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Generally Australian orders will arrive within 2-7 working days of placing the order. Western Australian or remote deliveries may take longer.

All items ordered must be in stock and available to be shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. We use Australia Post Express Post Service for all customers.

We pride ourselves on getting your items out to you as fast as possible, with the greatest of care to ensure you get exactly what you wanted and it all arrives safe and sound. If you place your order and you realise you made a mistake or would like to add something or edit something contact us right away, we will do our best to accommodate your request if we still have the order being processed i.e we haven’t shipped it yet. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at reasonable cost. (Generally very remote areas of the world).

Houndztooth accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused during return transit.

Product Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly provide a refund.

Change of Mind

We do provide refunds for a change of mind. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original packaging. Used, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning goods for refund, credit or exchange.

I have received confirmation from you that my product can be returned – What now?

Package the item(s) for return: You will need to repack the product well enough for shipping and well enough to prevent further damage. For all returns, please contact us. Once your return is received in good order, you will receive a full refund (excluding postage), along with an email confirmation, as per your request.
