After researching for a few months I was deciding between two bed frames and eventually decided on this one due to the two support beams (instead of 1 down the middle). I'm extremely happy with the insanely quick delivery (3 business days of ordering!), the installation and the quality/style/colour now that it's assembled in our room! I could not be happier with this choice :) you will need a power drill for some of the screws to attach the bed frame to the 4 legs but my $20 power drill worked fine - the rest of the screws could be screwed with the alan key provided. If you have decided on this style or this brand, I am pleased to advise that I recommend them both :)

I had a well known branded bed prior to this that broke and always felt flimsy. It’s important to feel sturdy in your bed and there is no denying from the get go that I will never have to buy another bed after buying the Grayson. Super easy to assemble and delivery was made earlier than estimates. Thank you so much!

Great bed - meets our expectations We love our new king size bed! We put a sleeping duck mattress on it and it is super comfy. The bed is quite sturdy (especially with the weight of a mattress on it). ~We are very satisfied.

The storage is really gud & big on our super king size which actually has 3 compartments due to its broad width. We can fit many pairs of our shoes and easily store things inside the front of the bed. Overal I recomend this bed & it is gud quality build.

RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Clear photographic and written evidence must be provided in order to substantiate the claim. We do not provide returns for change of mind.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. A 12 month warranty is offered on certain bed frame ranges, only exclusively applies where noted on respective product listing web page(s). This warranty only covers the steel frame components contained inside the bed frame & is limited to this effect.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): If thirty days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer a return or refund. If any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, it may not be eligible for return.
