When your order is confirmed, we will advise you of the expected dispatch date of your order. All orders received by 4 pm AEST will usually be dispatched the following business day. Please note that during weekends, holidays, and periods of high order volume, it may take us a little longer to process and dispatch your order. Nevertheless, we remain committed to delivering your order to you as quickly as possible, as we understand the importance of getting you back on the road or trail without delay.

Horaciobikes provides a one-year warranty for all wheelsets sold, subject to weight restrictions as detailed on the product page.

Change of Mind Returns:
Please make sure to retain the original box and packaging to facilitate the return process, and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. If you require assistance from our customer service team, kindly send an email to us.
In the event that you wish to return your bike after the 14-day free return period, please note that bicycles may only be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase if they are new and unused. It is recommended that you contact us in advance of returning the bike so that we can provide guidance on the most cost-effective and efficient method of resolving the issue. Please be aware that after the 14-day bike return period, the customer is responsible for the postage costs associated with returning the bike. Upon receipt and inspection of the bike, we will send you an email detailing the refund process. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and the funds to be returned to your account.
If you are considering returning your bike after the 14-day free return period, please note that bicycles can only be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase and must be new and unused. Before returning a bike, please contact us to ensure that we can assist you in finding the most effective and affordable solution. Once the 14-day bike return period has ended, the customer will be responsible for any postage costs incurred when returning the bike. Upon receiving and inspecting the bike, we will send you an email outlining the refund procedure. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed and for funds to be returned to your account, depending on your bank.
Please allow up to 3 business days from the time of your order placement to receive your tracking number via email. The tracking number may take up to 12 hours to register in the system. If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
