Bookcase was such amazing quality for the price I had to get a second one!! When the second one arrived with a small fault, Eric from the customer service team had everything resolved in 2 business days -- so not only is the product top tier, but the customer service is outstanding also!! What I love most about these shelves is the weight capacity of each level and the seamless design that can fit a variety of styles and aesthetics :)
