After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will dispatch the items within 1-2 business days (except Custom & Neon orders) from our distribution centre in Brisbane, Queensland. Custom orders take around 21 business days after design approval and Neon orders has 1-3 weeks of dispatch time. A notification email will be sent to you including a tracking number to track the status of your order as soon as we dispatch.

We are currently working with Aramex and Australia Post for our deliveries depending on the location. Details for delivery times can be found on the courier companies’ websites. The delivery times also depend on the delivery address, public holidays and circumstances impacting delivery by the courier. We are not responsible for any delays related to the courier, due to the process being out of our control but we are happy to help if you experience any problems during the delivery process. We may also use alternative delivery methods if necessary.

You can also choose the Express Post delivery option at the checkout in order to receive your order quickly within the Express Post Network.

We offer a Lifetime Warranty for rusting issues on our Metal Wall Art products and a 2-year warranty on our Neon LED Sign products

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions like how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that if it is a "change of mind" return, your return will be at your expense. If the product is faulty, we will check the item once it is returned and we will reimburse your postage fees once the item is confirmed faulty by our team as well. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Once you approve your custom order, we cannot accept any cancellation or refund request as the production process already started after your approval. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and received by us, we can arrange your new item accordingly. If there is any payment gap, we will dispatch the new item once the amount difference is paid. Alternatively, we can offer a partial refund or store credit if your new item is cheaper than the original order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
