• Metro Areas: 1-4 business days

• Regional Areas: 1-6 business days

• Remote Locations: 4-10 business days

We will be away from April 9th to April 26th and will not be accepting orders during this time. Orders can be placed again from April 27th onwards.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on food products. We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing.

Warranty & Return Guidelines:

• There is no set timeframe for reporting faulty, damaged, or defective items. All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with Australian Consumer Law.

• If your item is deemed faulty, damaged, or defective, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

• Customers are not required to cover return postage costs for defective or damaged products.

• A detailed description and, if possible, photos of the issue will help us process your claim efficiently.
