How much does delivery cost?

glamaCo offers FREE delivery on orders over $149* (after discounts)! *Items deemed Dangerous Goods exempt from free delivery.

Delivery with tracking charges:

  • Order grand total value over $149 and the order contains one (1) or more Dangerous Goods* item/s - Delivery charge of $16.95
  • Order grand total value $149 or under and the order contains one (1) or more Dangerous Goods* item/s - Delivery charge of $16.95
  • Order grand total value over $149 and the order does NOT contain any Dangerous Goods* item/s - Delivery is FREE
  • Order grand total value $149 or under and the order does NOT contain any Dangerous Goods* item/s - Delivery charge of $16.95

*Items deemed Dangerous Goods: These items include Flammable Gas, Flammable Liquid and Oxidising Agents (E.g. Aerosol Cans, Powder Lighteners/Powder Bleach, 30vol (9%) and 40vol (12%) Peroxides, Nail Polishes etc). Dangerous Goods Items are marked accordingly on the individual item page.

Delivery of Dangerous Goods items is handled by StarTrack Road Express.  

All other items are handled by Australia Post eParcel

What if I’m not home when my order is due to be delivered?

If delivery is not able to be made in the first instance, whether it be the availability for a person to accept delivery or otherwise, the following will occur:  

For orders sent via Startrack Road Express it will be redirected to your nearest Star Track delivery depot.

For orders sent via Australia Post eParcel It will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post Office.  

These orders can be collected according to the instructions left at the original delivery address on the non-delivery notice as provided by the delivery provider.  

Please note that these orders are held for 5 business days, then if not collected they will be returned to glamaCo. We will then process a refund for the order for you (excluding the delivery fee of $16.95 if applicable) once received by glamaCo.   

Where re-delivery is required, an additional re-delivery fee of $33.90 will need to be paid prior to re-delivery.

Where is glamaCo currently unable to deliver to?

For orders containing dangerous goods items, glamaCo is unable to provide delivery to PO Boxes or Post Office delivery addresses, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers, pre-booked warehouse or distribution centres, RSD (Roadside Deliveries) or any service where the receiver is not present to sign for the delivery.

For orders not containing dangerous goods items, glamaCo is unable to provide delivery to pre-booked warehouse or distribution centres, RSD (Roadside Deliveries) or any service where the receiver is not present to sign for the delivery.

glamaCo does not deliver to Australian Territories remote from the mainland, including but not limited to Ashmore and Cartier Islands, Australian Antarctic Territory, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Coral Sea Islands, Heard and McDonald Islands, Thursday Island and Norfolk Island. Please ensure a mainland address is provided as the delivery address for your order.

glamaCo reserves the right to cancel an order and reject delivery to areas not reasonably covered by our delivery network or areas covered by delivery sub-contractor restrictions. A full refund will be provided for the order value.

Country/Rural Estimated Delivery

Queensland or New South Wales - 5-8 Business Days

Australian Capital Territory or Victoria - 6-10 Business Days 

South Australia - 8-14 Business Days

Northern Territory, Tasmania or Western Australia - 12-18 Business Days

All delivery times stated are estimated times only, and may vary. glamaCo will not be held liable for any late deliveries or any losses, damages, expenses, charges, or costs that may arise from the late delivery.

When will my order be dispatched from the warehouse?

Generally, orders will be dispatched on the next business day if ordered before 12pm midday AEST except Queensland public holidays.  

Dispatch of orders during or shortly after promotional periods may be delayed up to 3 business days.   

Our delivery providers operate Monday to Friday local time except nationwide public holidays.

Who handles your delivery?

Delivery of Dangerous Goods items is handled by StarTrack Road Express.  

All other items are handled by Australia Post eParcel.

If your product is faulty or damaged and is covered by a warranty period, you can simply return the product, please contact us to obtain the return address.
 
Please make sure that the item must be returned along with your original receipt. Depending on the warranty provided by the manufacturer will depend on whether they will repair or replace the faulty item.
 
If we find that the product is not faulty or damaged, it is your responsibility to retrieve item/s. glamaCo will not pay to send these items back to you.
 
Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.
 
If the product has left the store we can no longer guarantee that the product has not been tampered with or left out in the sun which may change the products components causing it to no longer be effective in doing what it was designed to do.
 
Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.
 
All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty).
 
Returns must be made within 14 days of Delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period. 
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that glamaCo deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe. glamaCo will not pay to return items in unacceptable condition.
 
glamaCo takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send them via registered post.
 
Coupon codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges.
 
Once glamaCo receives your returned item and deem it to be in an acceptable condition (unless faulty), we will happily refund or exchange it.
