Our items are shipped in New Zealand via New Zealand Post Couriers, New Zealand Couriers & Aramex. Orders are shipped from our Auckland based warehouse Monday - Friday, we aim to dispatch within 2 working days for orders and use overnight courier services, due to the ongoing delays with COVID-19 please allow upto 10 working days following dispatch for your order to arrive. International orders are shipped via a wide variety of providers

<p>We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.<br /><br />To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we&rsquo;ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
