Once the order has been packed and ready to be picked up by our courier partners you will receive a tracking number and your order will be delivered within the approximate time frames stated below:
If you are absent or otherwise unable to receive delivery, our courier will drop to a local collection point if available. You will then be advised by email, SMS or Card where to locally collect the item.
Otherwise a card will be left advising the order has been returned to the courier’s depot – you must contact the courier within the stated time frame and either collect your order from that depot or arrange a return delivery when signature acceptance is available.

If a product is received in a damaged condition or does not match what was described on our website, please contact us and provide a brief description of the issue and photos for verification and we will be happy to assist.
France at Home does not accept returns due to a change of mind.
