Good product, only wish they would install metal gears, and perhaps widen the back wheels to reduce “roll-overs” across sloping lawns - I don’t think any of the competing products do it any better - have been using 3 of these sprinklers for 4 plus years (with a couple of gearbox changes) and intend sticking with them.

All orders placed before 12pm (QLD Time) will be dispatched same day by one of our preferred freight companies which include Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Startrack Couriers & Border Express OR TNT For Large Orders.
Where possible, please provide your physical address or Work address so we are able to select the fastest and most efficient form of postage. In cases where a PO box, Parcel locker or any other Australia Post Service is provided, we will have to use Australia Post who have a wider range of parcel restrictions. If you have any doubt about your order or delivery address, please contact us prior to purchase.
Filter Systems Australia enforces strict dispatch protocols to avoid human error where possible. Orders are thoroughly checked and signed off, carefully packed to minimise chance of transit damage then recorded manually into a hard copy dispatch manifest. FSA now uses predominantly electronic labelling and freight services so all orders where applicable will have tracking numbers and daily manifest reports.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All orders MUST be checked for damage within 48 hours of being signed for as delivered (based on tracking details). If damage is found you must contact us immediately providing photos of the damaged goods, and if possible, the damage done to the carton/box. This 48 hour period is a figure provided to us from our freight companies to approve transit warranty cases. If we are not notified of damaged goods within 48 hours, transit warranty will be void and FSA can no longer take responsibility for damaged goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have read the terms and conditions of Postage and Handling and understand the requirements for transit cover on all orders.

Please note that the above estimates are taken directly from Australia Posts Business Customer Information. Where Possible, FSA will elect to use a Courier Service to minimise the delivery times from point of sale.
For orders in WA that fit in a 5Kg Satchel or less we usually will use Startrack Express in which case it will reach Perth overnight (and then subject to local WA Delivery times)
Please also note that while there is no express postage option available online, we are able to process the express post charge manually. If you require your item ASAP please contact us before purchase. If you have any questions pertaining to express delivery or additional cost, please contact us before purchase.
Authority To Leave
Please leave us a note on the purchase or message us direct after purchase to add a delivery instruction on your order. We process orders very efficiently so it is important that you contact us quickly so the order is not processed before the note has been added. If Authority To Leave is given by the buyer, transit warranty can be void in the incidence of a missing/stolen parcel. FSA will work closely with the freight company to resolve any disputes or issues with delivery and Proof of Delivery. Only provide an ATL on orders when there is a safe place for items to be left.
