- Your order will be shipped via Australia Post, Hunter Express or Allied Express depending on size and weight. Tracking information will be provided when your order is picked up.
- Please ensure that you have entered a correct physical address during checkout. With correct information, your order will be shipped within 1 business day.
- Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.

Warranty

Buying online can be stressful because you can't see the product before you buy it. We back everything up with a one-year warranty* (from date of purchase) that covers
- Manufacturing defects and
- Unfitness for purpose.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by
- Normal wear and tear,
- accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, disasters, children, pets, etc,
- commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless authorized by the manufacturer), or
- Modification by an unauthorized person.
Products returned under warranty may be replaced or refunded.
Please contact our customer service team and we will respond within 24 hours.
* Some products have longer warranties.

Return Policy

- You may return an item for any reason up to 30 days from the date of purchase (terms and conditions may apply).
- For any change of mind returns, the shipping charges will be paid by you.
- Please note: Do not return any products before confirming with our customer service team. Cancelling your order while it is in transit is considered a return.
